A woodland garden on a slope overloooking the Lymington River valley, with Rhododendrons, Magnolias, Camellias, Japanese Maples, Hydrangeas and other rare shrubs, interplanted with a wide variety of choice woodland and ground cover plants.

News
The camellias are out in flower and we are hoping that the February frosts will hold back the rest of the garden otherwise we will have to consider opening earlier this year. We are very pleased with the progress of theVisitor's Cabin though a lot more work needs to be done on the paths leading to it. The views are stunning and it will be a lovely place to sit and look out over the garden.
The mild winter has allowed us to move plants around in the upper woodland garden where new paths have been laid out to give greater access to some of the more unusual specimens such as Stewartia malacodendron.
We are preparing the nursery which is open in March and the 2012 catalogue is now up on the website.
